Entry requirements by country Need a Visa?
Once you have all your documents, it is encouraged for participants to apply for their Tourist Visa as soon as possible. It is suggested you apply ONLINE at the following link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/visa.asp
Due to regulatory restrictions, the invitation letter for VISA applications can be issued by the hosting organization only after participants have registered and fully paid their registration fees. This implies, ONLY successful qualifying participants worldwide will be allowed to register for RoboCup 2018 Montréal Canada. The annual International Competition is restricted to qualifying teams and members of this team. Other members accompanying the team will need to purchase event tickets. The 2018 International event will take place at the Palais des congrès of Montréal in Canada.
For VISA applicants, we strongly recommend contacting the Local Organizing Committee Canada to request your RoboCup 2018 Montréal Canada invitation letter as soon as you have been approved to attend. Depending on the country you are applying from, processing a VISA application can take a longtime. It is hoped that you receive your approved VISA by June 01, 2018.
