The RoboCup@Home league aims to develop service and assistive robot technology with high relevance for future personal domestic applications. It is the largest international annual competition for autonomous service robots and is part of the RoboCup initiative. Robot rescue challenge assists first responders in assessing an emergency situation such as searching for potential victims and provide an automated map of an environment with uneven terrain, stairs and navigating through doorways. Rescue simulation is a disaster response challenge with multiple agents in a virtual scenario. The leagues in RoboCup Rescue are Robot and Simulation.
